Guys, how to use cheats for female character? Shift+f not working

There isn't any. And the only sex scenes again is the dumb fetch mission for mechanic or sexclub events. That is it.

I only have 3 apps on the phone, taxi,map,stats, no jourrnal no save no nothing.
Why is that ?
Also how can I save with Mia (the woman) story

is there a continuation of releasing everything in the club? I got to release all the scenes and pose options but that was it, nothing else was released after that nor more club stages, I thought I would release the second floor or there would be more NPCs, nothing more, just clothes ..

You don't. Mia content is... MIA.

So best luck finding an older build with actual gameplay and content for her or wait x years for dev to re-release existing content for her into the game.

The closest I can think of is Bonetown Second Coming, which you can find here on search if you looking for some type of GTA-ish porn game.

Though maybe others will have better suggestions as I can't think of many more 'open world' sex games besides things that you may have to mod to turn into adult games(Sims, Elder Scrolls, etc, assuming PC can handle it.)

press alt+G and you have the GM mode but i think i destroy my save with the GM mode xD i see no more quests

You need to go inside one of the toilets and find a spot inside one of the cubicle. The scene trigger there.
