Every time an update comes out, I am surprised that the author has not yet cleaned the archive of excess garbage, there is 50% of the content is not used anywhere at all. And the game has stopped developing. Nothing new has appeared and even the old bugs have not been fixed.

I really take zero issue with it. We're not paying customers, we're getting a free game. It's not even finalized so I don't feel entitled to anything or feel like any expectations should be met. Let alone feel like I have the grounds to criticize it.
When there is an upload for anything, I would also want more content that isn't in the form of mechanics/bug fixes but those are simply wants. Everything else would be unfair in part of the dev.
It should be also taken into account the devs went a full 180 with this game which I'm sure was a lot of work. Perhaps you recall how at first it was a boy at a beach house then later it was a bike dude going through the town to various houses and basements.
