nope, i gave up and dropped the game .. it became annoying

First, restart the mission to find Selena and go inside the dumpsters area. Look next to the dustbin. You will see Selena sitting there and talk to her.

by restart the mission you mean just quit and continue? I've been looking for her for the last half hour and STILL can't find her ;-; there's like heaps of dust bins ;-;-;-;-;-;
