Learn the Flirt interaction at the Nightclubvia getting a drink (It's spammable, you can go back and forth until you get it), then use it on each other. You need to manually control each to get it for both.

The idea of the game isn't bad, the content is decent, but the grind is unbearable.
I'm not a guy to complain about grind, but being completly rng (or at least it seems so) isn't the best way. The concept had everything to be unique and fun, but it isn't well applied.
