It's a safe assumption that if you pick the sharing or open-harem option the other main girls will potentially do stuff with other harem members (based on dev previews the first opportunity to start some internal harem sharing is coming very soon). I'm not sure if the girls other than Val will be interested in non-harem members though, as you said.

Based on the last Steam announcement, we're getting the update within seven days (maybe sooner?). I'm ready to dive in the moment it drops!
The update is running a little later than expected, but it'll be out in just a few days. It's a pretty beefy update at ~550 new renders, so I wanted to prioritize quality over speed. Thanks for your patience and apologies for the wait.

Yeah,Dev conform on discord that it will contain a mmf Scene for the players who chose to play as a male protagonist.
It's not part of the game officially, but you should still be able to install it on Steam when Joker updates the mod.
Yep, there's a pretty big scene for the sharing route that I think players will enjoy. MMF for male MC and MFF for female MC. There's also some development on the lesbian side for Valerie with Ann and Rena.
6 new sex scenes added in v0.12. Annestria, Rena, and the one exclusive to the sharing route.
Dev stop doing public release after it released on steam. It's against the steam rules or something. So, you have to wait until someone share it here.Or you can buy it.
