She is a part of a plot, so you will have to bear with her. I agree that cheating part was implemented badly (more like a lazy writing if you ask me), but it's still avoidable, so you can just go with a flow, or you can let her cheat (don't stop her) and then whore her out in Romanian Era (probably, I still haven't played last update)
