I played 1st episode long ago and it was nice, like 4/5, but now i've played 2nd episode and wow, just WOW.
It's pretty garbage.


Writing is made of "He he he", every day there is a scene where someone walks in and MC must explain what they are talking about, MC always have to add some "brilliant" comment, MC is completly arrogant without anything to back it up, everyone is suddenly dumb and ignorant at greater or lesser degree, porn is terrible

Ok so after reading it a couple times

Sharon is way out of her league with the Archon stuff. and that will probably attract some other dangers from outside the city to Scotts Town. When people learn that she is going to be archon at the Investiture

Also was thinking of this:
When MC is talking with Andrew and asking about the Investiture. Andrew says all the big Archon's from the city are there.
So Sharon and MC are probably going to meet her old Archon (Maybe we can get to know what her real secret was or not)

Poor Ayhsel

His mistress is going to get hunted (if they find evidence) Is Astrid going to loose her head? Or is our new Archon Sharon going to be nice to MC and make her Thrall for MC.

Poor Carmen i feel a bit for her. Gregor with a spout in his neck hanging from the ceiling in Astrids place or turned him in to a thrall/bloodbag.
I was a bit surprised by Sharon suggesting Carmen become a blood doll.

Laurie being her rebel teen self. Love the kitty cat attitude between her and Sharon
I made her drink more from me when it was asked (don't know if it was the correct choice)

I do still hope merrick is alive. (Come out you little weasel we know you out there)

Sgt davis Could be a suprise if Ptomely decides it to be but don't think something is going to happen from that side

Overal ok episode hoped it was a little longer but we know the next episode we are going to get some more character development.

I'm sorry but I have only one mistress now. She is in my signature.. Not like that will stop me from fooling around like a horny slut in any other game until I see her again, but that does not mean I am a free man or somebody else's

It was nice to see MC acknowledge that she has issues. Maybe it's a result from her Astrid days, either way I can't wait to see Astrid get her comeuppance mixed in with some Karma. Her smirk annoys me beyond a reasonable amount. As punishment, she should be used as a solar panel for Sharon's new place.

so ancient pagan vampires and temples ... Calisto or "hiereia - translate to female priesthood or priestesses" but of who that is the question :D i bet Lilith is taking baths in inner temple in pool full of blood and have worshipers and sending MC some hints in visions, only few can see her. only in greece is called Lilu, Lamia etc associated dark moon, blood moon.

i will personaly love that game devs put real occult here not some quasy Caine father of vampires from VTM.
when MC developing powers we instantly think here we go we have auspex,proten claws or some shit, yes devs use V5 as a core but not canon story... i even detect some ascpets of "rebirth: vampire fall origins"..

in the end will be Lilith, Night owl, night spectre, night monster , vampire, nightjar, Demoness, Goddess of dark moon .... Calisto her child gen 1 and MC the second :cool::p

same issue for me. always downloaded the compressed version and never had this issue before though, so it is obviously an error in this particular compressed version. would be great if JokerLeader can do a new compression (thanks for all your work btw!), as his versions always work and this error is extremely distracting.

Not sure if it helps by maybe using the original file?

Need to put that in C:\...\Rebirthep2-ep2up7-pc\game\images

thanks but that actually happens with nearly all of the character portraits, so putting the one image, even if it worked, won't help much :/

I don't understand much but my guess is that the compression ruined the alpha channel or whatever is called the transparency. If you want play right now, there you have all other portraits and power icons, which are probably the ones that have transparency.

Otherwise you should wait for people that do understand.
