We don't know how any of that really works in this games universe but it seems as though your sire plays a big tribute into how powerful you are including your abilities.

Mc has no order in his mayham ... all he might try is the last scene in underworld one, then flee.

Idk how the rules will apply for this universe but in the vampire the masquerade universe which is the clear inspiration for this game diablerie or feeding on the blood of other vampires comes with it's own set of drawbacks

Sure a lower generation vamp will become stronger by feeding on a higher gen vamp but there is the possibility of botching the process cause unlike feeding on humans feeding on the blood of a vamp to the point of killing it not only requires insane will power on the part of the feeder to suppress the soul of vampire that just died but at the same time also fight off that beast inside them that is just waiting to take over. The more they diablerize the more closer to the beast they get and eventually it comes to a point where normal human blood no longer works. They start suffering from something called the thirst of ages at that point they are a lost cause

The point you made about her not making any more new vampires would make sense since no ones seems to know about her nor the claw abilities MC used. Even the Archon didn't seem to know some red haired woman when MC told him. She got so bored to the point where she decided to make some random human she stumbled across experience what she did which is quite a big deal I'd imagine.

Stealth: 13
Charisma: 11
Fighting Prowess: 25

If you go for full stealth you can get:

Stealth: 23
Charisma: 6
Fighting Prowess: 9

This way you don't get claws though, obviously.

That's my "build" too. Since we already have a stealth expert and a charm expert in our little PUG, a tank/DPS seems the best option for our "investigate the small town" quest. But that's just my years of MMOs speaking . There's no actual fighting or stealth gameplay in the game and failing to pass any skill checks (like not having the claws in the antrium) only minimally affects some dialogues but not the story progression one iota. It remains to be seen if skills are going to really matter or if it's there just to add a little bit of color.

I would find it way more childish a situation likes:

"Sharon: ok so you are a vampire.
MC: No, I am not.
Sharon: Yes, you are.
MC: No, I am not.
Sharon: listen, you don't breathe, you can't tolerate the sun, you will thirst blood and you are dead
MC: I am not dead. Why would you say that? Stop being so cruel (starts crying)"
