Don't think it will be that way. It's not what SW does in his games.
Even if it eventually goes there, I would still consider that a solo ending in a harem game. It would be harem in process if not in outcome. The bulk of the game would still be you living the harem life.
You keep stating how 'extremely' short the MC is so I had to check out your claim.

--- Bios tells us Faith is 5'5
--- Bios tells us Nasira is 5'6
--- Bios tells us Jenny is 5'10
--- Bios tells us Delilah is 5'9
--- Game doesn't tell us how tall this basketball player is, but your logic is that MC must be extremely short rather than she's tall when we see him tower over every other character besides the basketball girls...?

It was a unilateral decision on her part back then. The Mc makes that clear if you choose to defend yourself during the conversation. I'm not telling anyone not to like Nasira, but it annoys me when people act like he's a cheater. He is not and for the past 20 years there has been no other woman.
6'3" is pretty short for a male pro basketball player, though well above average for a typical man.
It's not about a break or being separated, it's about the timing. If you broke up with a girl that you were in a serious relationship with and she got pregnant a month later, that wouldn't bother you at all?
i think most people would agree that she moved on too fast and makes you question how serious they were about you if they can get over you that quickly. That's where the wife's insecurity comes from.

If I abandon my spouse then what happens is a consequence of my choice and partially my damn fault, whether it occurs the next day or the next month or whenever. It may hurt that it happened "soon" after (not clear how soon since initially she says it's a few months then later says it was a month) but once you end a relationship, the party owes you nothing in terms of how long it takes them to move on.
There's also a concept called "forgive and forget". if you choose to go back, then at some point you have to be able to move on or the relationship just wont work. If it's too difficult to let go of that, then you move on.

This DEV has done Harem games but all the characters had connection to each other. This one doesn't the LIs are everywhere unless they are doing mini harems. His baby mamas could have a throuple but Harem is hard to see especially since it is not tagged. But who knows.

You know what, I think that some of those scenes you posted look ok, but the second one may be among the ones that gave me that impression. I am 6'3" myself and I don't normally have that much clearance when going through a door. I don't have to duck, but I can touch the top of my head and the door frame with the same hand. The shower is much roomier than I am used to, but since this is in his house, that is very likely built specifically that way.
Given how many games there are where the male MC is the same height or shorter than just about any women around him, then I can definitely concede that this game at least doesn't do that.
