HTML games are a mixed bag. Sometimes you find some good ones, and sometimes you find "games" which are just random porn gifs lazily put together with a Patreon linked to milk your wallet. I don't want to showcase those. I would rather give praise to the diamonds in the rough.
How to make it onto this list.
1. If your only language option is English, use proper grammar and spelling. This is the easiest way to tell if someone gives a fuck.
2. Be consistent in image use. Nothing ruins a scene more than having six different models with different skin tones, hair colors, and room layouts.
3. Put effort into the presentation of your game. Have a proper UI and not just a black screen with blue links.
4. You don't need a detailed plot but present something that will make people want to play your game instead of just going to Pornhub.
5. If you use AI art, make sure it's not shit.
6. The game must have enough content to actually play through to a decent degree.
7. Be wary of feature creep. Your game shouldn't require more time management than the player's actual life.

Time can pass but I highly advise you pause time passage, especially if you choose to play an elder, as there are several characters who can age out of their niche. Honestly, the most overtly kinky thing to happen is that some lady gave me a cockcage but everything else is presented in a way that makes sense and isn't there just for the horny. Why are you given increasingly skimpier outfits? Because the Queen is trying to be a fashion trendsetter. Why are some characters sexual but others are not? What is Real?
Right off the bat, this game breaks almost all of my rules. Broken English, inconsistent images, uninspiring UI, a paper-thin plot, and to top it all off Patreon gated content that's not being used to fix any of the before-mentioned issues. I'm bringing attention to this game for one sole reason. It has fleshed-out pregnancy storylines with half the cast.
