Because as I said back in June it doesn't necessarily need updating with each new version. The patch uses Renpy's translation mechanic so that it will keep working with new versions without risking breaking the game. As such it only needs to be updated when certain content is added, specifically situations where Brea, Lora, and the MC's familial relationship needs to be referenced. Not sure if it needs updating yet or not but if I find the time I'll play through and make an updated version if necessary since the dev doesn't seem to be bothering anymore assuming it's necessary.

Patch still throws exceptions and errors, unfortunately. Oh well. Maybe for once I can enjoy a MILF game without incest.

Not using patch, but going through contacts got an error. I clicked a few others earlier no errors, so no idea.
This game needs to remove the barriers. If someone starts a new game they should get the content as soon as the character gets introduced. All should be open from the beginning and then we work on our selected targets at our pace. If we ignore a target early to gain others, their switches should still be waiting for us anytime we choose to start their path. That eliminates a lot of dead time. Though, having a lot of events heavily in one time period kills momentum. Balance, or less time dependance, makes the game more enjoyable to the player, since it's supposed to be our choices leading the story.
Though, I haven't restarted in a while, not sure if all the "Next Update" messages are locks or true.

u say that but lora was updated in 0.11 and 0.17 i stopped played since 0.11 because the ipatch didten work even if you restarted the game. but dont really matter to me anymore because of the lora gangbang

Interested in the game since 0.1 version but wait for more content then forgot about it. today saw the update and thinking the game should have much more content by now. and ........ this comment happen.Yes, even by several men at the same time.
Every game should have future plan tag for tag that will happen and not happen.
I believe it was a momentary memory or fantasy. Not explained as it was a single frame, at least what I saw. Got tired of having nothing to do and vague hints that don't seem to work as we get them before we should, or they are tied to actions unlike others. Once again, don't want to learn to read code to understand. Keep getting told to get uniform and go to Cecil, already got everything and won't let me go. Have no idea what update that was. May require a full restart, but I got 2 dozen new updates right now and dozens more over the weekend.
