The only romance options are the 3 male mentors. Sex scenes are optional and wouldn't really recommend them to anyone who is looking for something arousing because they are dark and not in the good sexy ways.
It is a great game but if you go in expecting sex or happy romance you'll not have a good time.

I already played this game. you have the choice between 3 guys. Only guys... which is a shame IMO. So if you are not into gay stuff, you have to make a female character. But it seems like this game was clearly made with BL in mind.

This game has a good character development tho. And keep in mind that it's not really a porn game. It's more of a "romantic" game.
