got the same problem no new photoshoots, no new items in store or sex shop cant read in the libary

The changelog is wrong , someone uploaded the one for 1.7 which is still Patreon exclusive. 1.6. only adds the gallery and no new events

I'm at lvl 28 which is finished but there is 4 girls, Try creative space, Pharmacy, Dealership and park.

They are normally there every second day

I saw in the gallery have 31 scenes, but i only unlocked 30 out of 31, can anyone help me unlock the final scene aka the 1st one in page 3

In case the designer of this game is on this forum, I would highly recommend making the variables for the gallery scene unlocks persistent. Otherwise breaking the save games again will also destroy all progression with the unlocks.
