you can play this game independently from rsm1 all that game does is give you some back story.

• Clementine wants you to work with your hands more. Or more accurately, with your fists. Start this scene by the Training Menu / Clementine / F*sting
• Sophie is almost yours. She needs to prove it. Could you give her a test? Visit her at the Pharmacy as usual.
• Emily says one of your girls has a specific request. Let's check Emily's menu to find out.
• After the previous scene, a new quest starts automatically. Elizabeth needs to be appropriately punished after she wore a uniform that you didn't approve of AGAIN

so started a nes save and the bug removing access to the pub and seafront has occurred looking back i can't find a fix any help

In my playthrough there were no events with Chloe, but somehow she appears at home when I choose to train Naomi.
At the same time I cannot proceed with Sophie because the game says that I need to complete the quest with Grace. But Grace is always busy. Based on the comments in the thread, it seems that to progress with Grace I need to progress with Sophie...Vicious circle.

At the same time, to see new events with other girls the game says I need to investigate at home. But at home I need Level 18 to start investigating. But there are no events left to proceed to get to that level.... I'm only at Level 15.

So, basically, the game is unplayable.

Well, obviously it works for some since at least those some managed to proceed further. I'm just saying that the game wasn't tested well and there are some scenarios where the game becomes unplayable.

Go to the post above here from tinwoodman.
go to his google drive of version 2.21 and download the save he provided there.
Will most likely be at the end of 2.20

You are lucky then he didn't removed all the old releases yet.

One tip tho when you start using the save file search his posts with the releases after that here or on patreon
and do the quests in the order he gives in those posts.
Most bugs occur from playing to far with one character.
