Yes. If you have the game already installed all you ever need to do is replace the old JAR with the new. Otherwise, follow the instructions from the main page for first-time installation.
Yes and no. Unless you know exactly which files and folders to move from JAR to JAR you are better off waiting for me to update it. The android version is up if anyone wants it. Not much tested but its signed, installs and runs fine on my non rooted phone.

I put a link at the bottom of the mod to the post with the android version. Glad you were able to test it out and confirm it works as well as the instructions on how to get it to work.

Think it should work on rooted phone if you just swap out the contents of the apk. Although you might still need to sign it. It's been a while since I was modding apk's.

You can get around the go file Need donor account error by clicking on the open file options then then download the jar file.

I had it on MEGA and people said nooooo host it somewhere else. So I put it on GOFILE and people now want MEGA?!?

Thank you for this mod. I was trying to do something as well and I was wondering if you can share some experience.
Question: How do you alter MC's png without affecting the distortions?
I tried to add some details to MC's torso on MC_5's orc. I made sure the new details that I added was within the boundaries of the original torso. I was able to see my change show up in the game (yay!) with the smallest breast setting (which means no deformation on the torso, i guess?). But once I change the breast setting to anything else, the torso becomes a white void. In fact, it can cause other torso on MC_5 to have a white void without me changing anything. I am using Photoshop, so I am not sure if it is my edits or my saving messing up the PNG for the animation.

To remove a garment from a costume set for MC, find the costume set under MC.json-> "skins". Find the right name, and each of its garment is under "attachments". You can remove any of the attachments. However, if any of the attachments are designed to have transforms or deforms in the animations, you need to remove those from any animations that have the attachment that you want to remove.

OMG I did it. I think the only issue is that Photoshop did something to the entire image when I saved. I ended up using Windows 10's Paint 3D and managed to add stuff. So I ventured on to give MC a "tool" + I made "Boy Clothes" a naked skin. So I achieved this:
The hard part is to create a file that works with their setup (transparency and skin color), but you can do something sneaky: Just crop pictures from other animations!!! There is an erect set in NagaAnal and flaccid set in BunnyRiding. So yeah.

I would like to but adding anything to the animation files is fairly difficult to do and it's easy to break the game visually when done wrong.
With a lot of trial and error. Editing the animation .png's is a pain in the butt as I'm sure you are aware of having done so yourself. It's difficult to try to add things as you have to stay within the preexisting boundaries or you will get graphical errors. I really don't change the images I more or less just add on top of them things like makeup and freckles. I also color balance the images more to my liking.
To edit the game I use the program Paint.net. It's simple but it's free and it gets the job done. I'm not a graphic artist so I've just had to figure out stuff as I went along.
I probably could but atm I'm taking a break and not really modding nor playing the game. With the last couple of updates, I just removed the 2D art that is no longer used by the game and made sure the game still worked with the mod. To do it yourself you would just have to go through all of the MC files and figure out which parts belong to the boy outfit and erase them as we have done with the capes. I think.
I did mod the updated end game screen because I couldn't resist. But after seeing how much of the great 2D art has been removed over the years it's kinda sad. Sure they replaced it with animations and that's very cool but still would have been nice to have kept the 2D art in a gallery or something like that.
