Its from the new update yes, the trainer tries to sell the MC a video of the MC's wife cheating on him with the trainer, what they actually do is not known since the trainer cut it out, but at the end the wife runs away with cum on her and the trainer chases after her with his dick out and cum dripping from it, the MC theorizes that she probably only gave the man a bj or a handjob but can't tell what she actually did since he didn't buy the video from the trainer. In past days, the wife says that she never did anything more than kiss the trainer and let him grope her but upon receiving the video from the trainer you get the choice to ignore it or decide you don't trust the wife and find out what she actually did, after the second choice you get three options, either forget about the cheating fully, speak to the wife calmly(which just causes her to lose like 20 love points and lets you outline how you feel about the video and if you are mad at her or not, but ultimately results in the two kissing and making up) or freak the fuck out at her which makes the MC act like a child giving her the silent treatment and then start screaming at her when she is (logically) confused why the MC is just ignoring her randomly, which removes like 20 or 40 love points, and gives the option to calm down afterwards or begin freaking out at her even more, which might be the option that gives you a bad end the dev was talking about earlier.Wait really? Huh.... I'm guessing that's something from the new update? Maybe I'm misremembering because it's been a bit since I played. Or it's now being clarified with the situation you're speaking on. But I could've sworn at the start. It was being hinted at that nothing actually happened and she just came close to cheating. Like I swear I remember the MC while in bed thinking about it, said nothing happened.
As for the differences in what she claimed to have done based on choice. See now I'm curious. It seems a bit too early in the story for Maria to start her lying arc. And the character always came off being truthful... least until whatever fuckery comes later. So I'm wondering if she's lying or was that the dev trying that thing. Where choices alter how a backstory plays out.
The premise is that the MC's wife cheats on him but regrets it and stops, flying halfway around the world to confess to the MC, the two make up but their relationship is strained (for obvious reason) and thus they decide to go on a trip to try to rekindle their love. The MC isn't actively being NTR'ed at the start of the game(since the wife stopped cheating after she confessed presumably), and won't be NTR'ed until the player chooses an option that causes it, or the wife fails a stat check (the stats seem to be very easy to manipulate so you shouldn't have problems avoiding the NTR that way, I had love maxed by the end of the first day and another of the two stats maxed at the end of the second day) I guess the driving force of the main story (since the NTR seems to be "side" content while the relationship of the MC and his wife is the main story) will be how the wife's lie about how far the cheating went does or doesn't affect their relationship. I almost wonder considering we seem to have to choose either maledom or femdom, that on a vanilla maledom path, if the MC will really hold that lie over her head. But yes the wife really does act like she is the victim when called out on her lie.

Won't have time to play this for a few days but sounds like characters being forced into behaving immaturely and unreasonably for the sake of drama, which is often frustrating.

I think once the twist is revealed, the character decisions will make more sense. Don't wanna spoil anything more than that.

Will the NTS route only be along with the BBC route or will the player be able to choose the NTS route and not have the BCC fetish? I think this fetish is a bit overrated but I really like the dynamics of the NTS.

Most likely you can have NTS route without BBC, but I can't confirm it yet

I hope you don't mind that also I peeped under the hood -- I absolutely adore how much thought you put into choosing colors for each of the characters, and how detailed your glossary is. It shows a real passion for your work and will make writing a walkthrough in the future that much simpler.

Maria will let you know what happened probably on day 4 or 5 on NTS/love path if your love is high enough, if not it'll come later.
