Usually first "Collection" link is just initial upload, everything after are updates to it
We can change it by merging updates after some time and all links with updates will be removed, and it will become "Collection" again or it will be packs by years, but not in this thread, not yet at least
It would've been in change-log and I usually reply with "Revamps" in these cases.

fwiw, personally i'm fine with updates, mirrors and changelogs. less chances for downloads to be blocked due to thresholds reached and more chances to select only desired contents. for all the rest (ie: a bunch of links) there's jdownloader, mipony and other download managers. hell, even client torrents perform such a role nowadays...
