Are you talking about the Collection link in the OP post?
I think it only has content up to JAN 2021. It doesn't seem to have all Cass stuff for example.
I think a moderator updates that information in the first page right? Because I feel its quite a gap from 2021 until now.

To clarify, there's recent content in the other links on the OP, but the Collection links aren't a complete compilation of everything listed. So you'd have to download Collection, Rapunzel-, Scarlet-, 2021-02 update, etc to get all updates/content.

fwiw, personally i'm fine with updates, mirrors and changelogs. less chances for downloads to be blocked due to thresholds reached and more chances to select only desired contents. for all the rest (ie: a bunch of links) there's jdownloader, mipony and other download managers. hell, even client torrents perform such a role nowadays...
