lol, it got taken down fast, can you upload to pixel?
this one is so good. im glad redrain finally did Qingyi, she's best girlYou must be registered to see the links
are from the mega archiveI feel like the gofile versions above are not from patreon, 4k version is smaller and 1080p is somehow bigger, here's original files
Qingyi - short arrest
oh huh, they really are smaller in the archive, although it seems they are outdated? at least judging by the google drive version from the post's link it was uploaded bit later than the one in the archiveare from the mega archive
I think it's matter of compression... Just like Jane Doe one has many different compression...oh huh, they really are smaller in the archive, although it seems they are outdated? at least judging by the google drive version from the post's link it was uploaded bit later than the one in the archive
same versions having different filesizes is a bit weird thoI think it's matter of compression... Just like Jane Doe one has many different compression...
I'm not knowledgeable about compression or even to tell the difference, but the fact Jane Doe has two different version (H264 & H265) with both of them still 4K (One has bigger size than the other) maybe that Qingyi animation also the same case... Idk what Rain intention though...same versions having different filesizes is a bit weird tho
i always runI'm not knowledgeable about compression or even to tell the difference, but the fact Jane Doe has two different version (H264 & H265) with both of them still 4K (One has bigger size than the other) maybe that Qingyi animation also the same case... Idk what Rain intention though...
Also the one which first shared has more audio bit rate than the later shared (if you see the properties)
audio rate is a bit of a bad thing to judge actually as it really really depends on codecs and those metrics aren't exactly valid, you might have higher rates but lower quality, videos are bit easier to compare since there's VMAF. This case is actually a good example of poor encoding, because the smaller one is definitely NOT original quality for one simple reason:I'm not knowledgeable about compression or even to tell the difference, but the fact Jane Doe has two different version (H264 & H265) with both of them still 4K (One has bigger size than the other) maybe that Qingyi animation also the same case... If your hardware supports AV1 you should definitely try it! Also with x265 ALWAYS convert to 10bit with -pix_fmt yuv420p10le, there are some issues with x265 in terms of colors, 10bit won't make too big of a filesize difference but will preserve colors for ya. Also it's really not worth converting audio in porn videos, it's never high quality codecs herei always run
ffmpeg -i "$input_file" \
-map 0 \
-c:v libx265 \
-crf 20 \
-preset medium \
-x265-params pools=8:frame-threads=4 \
-threads 8 \
-c:a aac \
-b:a 128k \
-tag:v hvc1 \
-movflags +faststart \
"$temp_output_file"
on my videos, maybe i'm blind but i can't see ANY difference whatsoever with original 4K video, it make a 2GB video into 120 MB, absolutely insane
ffmpeg -i "input.mp4" -c:a copy -c:v libsvtav1 -preset 5 -crf 35 -pix_fmt yuv420p10le "output [AV1 10bit].mkv"
That's why i said i'm not very knowledgeable... I just guessing based of his past work... both file still original from Rain though, based on your previous statement (the first file is on Rain Mega archive, albeit only different compression)...audio rate is a bit of a bad thing to judge actually as it really really depends on codecs and those metrics aren't exactly valid, you might have higher rates but lower quality, videos are bit easier to compare since there's VMAF. Left - smaller file, right - bigger file
Unsupported codec on stream 2, which usually is being added by editing software, which means the smaller file was compressed and it wasn't proper compression, the audio rate being higher on compressed one means absolutely nothing since it's ultimately an arbitrary value set by the software and when you raise bitrate you don't really get better quality, in fact, the opposite usually happens
Oh and yeah, both are x264 as you can see
Sorry if that shit is way too dank nerdy lmao, I just do anime encoding for torrents
What program do you use to do that?i always run
ffmpeg -i "$input_file" \
-map 0 \
-c:v libx265 \
-crf 20 \
-preset medium \
-x265-params pools=8:frame-threads=4 \
-threads 8 \
-c:a aac \
-b:a 128k \
-tag:v hvc1 \
-movflags +faststart \
"$temp_output_file"

ffmpeg, it's a command line programWhat program do you use to do that?
I know you've been talking about ffmpeg, but you seen to be knowledgeable about video formats and encoding in general.ffmpeg, it's a command line program
Not an expert in AI stuff definitely, but I know some things since some people do try to use it along with reencoding, also pretty sure TopazAI is paid, if you're looking for upscaling there are other tools for that purpose, I don't think there are good ones for 3D animations tho, so won't be able to run it on RedRain stuff most certaonly. I know that people use SRGAN or it's derivatives, from what I can tellI know you've been talking about ffmpeg, but you seen to be knowledgeable about video formats and encoding in general.
Do you happen to know much about Topaz AI? Thinking of using it, but have no idea where to start.
No problem if not though.
no new animations since Qingyinew ones out
