this game is netorare. you play as the son getting his mother stolen in the 2nd half. the developer intentionally has you play as both and really focuses on the netorare part in the 2nd half when you play as the son and lose your mother. she even gets really twisted with it at the end. this game has netorare and netori tags on dlsite for a reason.

i bought and played the game when it was released and it's one of the best mom netorare released in a while. not sure why you think this isn't netorare.
