Not in a sex way but there is a scene early in the game between the MC and her cousin after a self defense thing I think, I kind of just skipped it to get to the latest stuff but it's just like her helping clean up and console her

no gore yet, maybe the dev adds it or not
but you'll probably see injured characters, piss, scat, rape by monsters and beasty
if thats not ure cup of tea then i suggest a different game

Why there are not some bestiality scenes that we see in the preview images?

they are... you just need to unlock them. use the guide

have you played it? read the comments. the game is the strangest grind-fest. it is a huge time-waster. pointless minigames/battles. get ready to spend 2 hours for 2 minutes of hcontent, if even that.

Are you able to play old saves yet, or do you still have to start a new game with every release? And yes, I know a save file is provided, but that's not the same thing.

If your old saves aren't showing in the load menu then I found a workaround for that.
- Create a copy of your latest save file.
- Load the provided file24 save and create a new save file from it, save it as file23 or whatever. Now that save will be visible in the game.
- Close the game and rename the copy of your old save file to have the same name as the newly created save file, so in this case file23.
- Place it in the save folder and overwrite the new save file with it.
You should then be able to load it and continue from where you last left off.

Most scenes are the "Night visit" repeatable ones that don't show up in the gallery, the included save has them all unlocked but you have to go to the characters to see them.
Took me a bit to realize this as I kept seeing update after update with nothing new in the gallery, gallery is either story scenes only, or it just doesn't get updated.

It's not a gameplay issue. I don't like the story, it is what it is
