Well that was a very disappointing game.
While very very far from perfect, older Gyuu games had a formula gameplay wise that felt unique to them. You had a dual wielding system + insight system for skills, combo attack, a normal enemy scaling but not boss scaling, and drops from enemies with chests that scaled on levels. This was all a bit silly, but imo it had a lot of charm.
This... just has finding books to learn magic (and buying them). The type of spells you learn also don't have a quarter of the depth that old skills did have, too.
Not only that, but the game was basically a tower scaling game, with almost no actual maps or travelling, and basically no talking/story but "learning the lore".
The H part of the games are also basically full on extreme in a way that are just boring and also weirdly vanilla, in the sense that it always go for the prositution + extreme fart/piss/shit/birth kink, but doesn't have any, you know, character stuff.
It really feels like the developpers have gotten worse.
