If you look at the quantities required it requires more than one of each item, for example the Fragrant Herb shows that you have 1 of 20, Raw dragon meat 1 of 2, same with most of the other required items, you simply do not have enough of them, or at least that is the way I would read it from the right side of the picture under the needed section.
Although the Honey, Salt, Oil and Whiskey seem a bit odd as they show as you having one but needing 0, which is a bit odd depending on how it shows things for the requirements.
it must be said that hunger and thirst have cooled me down, so I put on the classic so as not to have so I never had to pick up the things to eat / drink except those for weapons and armor.
and 2 last question
ending 1 ( escape alone )
ending 2 ( ship magic and speak the first peaople that you have saved )
ending 3 ( save the 5 people + beat witch boss ) ,
1) how many ending that we have ? total 3 or more ?
2) and where are the 2 last girl ? i have think it was the witch but i dont think if we cant speak with her

The last 2 people are the final boss and the goddess (she appears at the tower on the mountain after you've gotten the final boss on your team.)
Also, there's actually 4 endings. The 4th one looks exactly like Ending 3, but it continues further than it if you got all the characters.
