Is this animation done by Rekin? seems like another animator might have done the work (I might be wrong, looked up twitter and saw that it's someone else)
Boy you're blind, it clearly says that Rekin is the animator. Raikage is obviously the commissioner then.
I see, wasn't sure whether this Raikage was an animator too or just someone who commissioned.
P.S. I appreciate your clarification and you sharing his work here as a hero and all, but you don't gotta be dick about my inquiry if it was that unreasonable, could've just ignored me and let someone who wants to explain to do it. not sure who hurt you, but it's the weekend dude, hope you chill out lol
