Fyi, this is the popularity vote after the game came out. The sisters being the last 2 on the list.

Kirsten being the obvious winner is a given, but the MCs being nearly the least popular is still pretty brutal.

apparently her arm gets cut off and then she is killed in the ending. And it's unavoidable it seems! Ending is one of the darkest endings not only in H games but in all of the games in general

Not sure what weird fucking phase the dev was going through to make such a game and ending!!! Haaaa~~~

Kirstin is best waifu afterall! But it doesn't surprise me one bit about Sisters being that low popularity: 40k has tought me that A LOT of people despise nuns for some reason...

little loli sister gets her arm cut off, so that was kind of a shocker. But just to be clear, that's from watching the CG, I didn't finish the game yet. I might not be able to honestly, not cause of the content but cause of the dungeon crawling. That etrian odyssey 1st person style of exploring always makes me motion sick. This is a me problem lol

Can't blame you for that, I don't like the 1st person dungeon scrolling either. Would rather have it the same way as every other of Sikorsky's games, but well...

Looked real quick for the chronology of the games, didn't find the timeline i once found but with what Sikorsky said and from what i remember, the timeline is like this :

Reminiscence -> Failure Witch Iris/War Demon Kirstin -> Useless Princess Justy -> The Everlasting Saga

Iris and Kirstin happens pretty much at same time after Reminiscence, MC of this game going on Witch game and Kirstin in her own. As for Knightess Wein, it's a spin-off from Useless Princess Justy if you want to learn more about Wein.

The Everlasting Saga will be the last game of the series and will have pretty much every character from previous game and a lot will happen, there's a lot of informations in Sikorsky's ci-en about his thoughts for the games, why some things happened and what could happen later, things like that.

I hope the next game is more light hearted than this one.

It's funny when reading this post that you see Sikorsky thinking the results would be fairly evenly split but Kirsten just made it so one-sided xD

I hope the next game is more light hearted than this one.

You shouldn't worry about that since Sikorsky said that he hopes that the final game of this series will be a hopeful one befitting a grand finale with the theme of "bonds". (What i said is pretty much copy and paste from one of his latest ci-en posts as MTL, could have cleaned it up but eh x)

I personally really liked the game but wish there was a bit more to do. That said the ending really sold me for being a lot more unique. I will definitely remember it above other ones.

true, there are a lot of hgames with nuns, BUT it doesn't counter the fact that there are a lot of people who doesn't like nuns at all (Not me thou, I love them, best waifu archetype, second only to warrior tomboy)

Good Hscenes, mediocre gameplay. If you have time for 1 game, play War Demon Kirstin, 10/10 game.

I think the author doesn't like Kirstin that much, so I fear something very bad will happen in the last chapter, or she will get barely any scenes at all. From what I've read (and understand from auto-translate), the author expected Kirstin to be hated also by fans, but then the pool happened xD
