so i looked into the games items file and it appears there is data for her to wear alternate versions of her school uniform as well as a few items like an aphrodisiac that don't appear in the game. Dummied out maybe?

iron door is somewhat borked, it either works or not and never works when there is >=2 guys with maxed libido

No. It's a clear sign that the game was released in an unfinished state. The only solution is to pick items up until the problem diminishes. The only way to fix it would be to turn off the the item glow animation, but that would require modding the game.
