Whats the difference between this and renalith saga?

Renalith Saga is the main game, with long storyline & lots of combat, my understanding is this game is a sort of side-game/offshoot revolving around her spending time in the brothel town of Desire, which is seen in the main game.

From what I read somewhere, this is a spinoff to the Renalith Saga, which is the main game, since there, if you select to stay as a prostitute, its game over and this game should show the story instead of that game over.
