Nope, mechanic. Have enough sex and you might get pregnant, at which point it basically skips forward nine months to birth, with only the first pregnancy having a scene.
There are several pregnancy endings though.
For actual pregnancy scenes, if I'm remembering correctly there's a decent amount of CG for endings, a birth scene, and like one generic sex scene where you pimp yourself out to a soldier.

it appear after every fight.
save your game, press F5 and load it it in then continue.
not a fix but it make this annoying error go away until next fight.
Go to game's audio folder, copy another .ogg file to the name in the error message, problem should be solved.
Repeat solution to any other missing .ogg file.
