For Shanna go back to Naomi's casino in the town Newkungu and Shanna should be at the left as soon as you enter, just talk to her. For Naomi enter your secret dungeon and walk towards the two guards and event should start automatically.
By the gods man that last puzzle for Sandra from Glen was nuts. Really satisfying after getting it though.

Its more like a creepy adventure..i expect to see some ghost jump on them and Ryen just standing there..with his straight face,lol

maybe it's just me but i'm not a fan of the MC being a half demon. i like the premise of him being mistaken for the heir to the throne and taking full advantage of it but him being a demon just ruins that. the previous king was obviously human and the actual heirs mother was probably human too and if they have knowledge of the heir then they should at least know that he's fully human, the heir being half demon should have been a major thing they would have noticed before hand not to mention finding a half demon guy surrounded by a bunch of corpses holding the royal seal is a hell of a lot more suspicious than a normal human doing the same.

The heir was a distant distant lineage with not much being common knowledge about that branch of the family tree and a last resort also you'll find out later on that a few people know you arent who you claim to be one but youre doing a good job running things so they dont care.

Go to the Bitterroot farm in the south of Central, and follow the path south there to enter the swamp map. In the swamp is a special chest for Sandra, which'll trigger the events to get the mithril lockpick.

The android version 20.01.11 had a missing sound file (I think it's fine for other versions). If you encounter the error or still need to download, make sure to get the 20.01.12 version with the fix.

I assume you mean the main story? Pretty sure it advanced a bit since 2017. oO But it's been on a hold for a while now and probably still be for ~2 years. I need to finish the "current time" before I can get to the timeskip and advance the time.
War content will be very complex and time intensive, so it'll be part of the last things I'll do in the "current time" part. Sorry for the wait, but things simply take time and I can't get everything done at once.
Are you perhaps missing the political meetings with Begus?
The bugs look like you're missing files. Did you perhaps skip an update when using the "update files"? In that case downloading the full game again and moving your save files into it would fix your problems.
Did you try the EXIT button in the bottom right?

I have found king Amagal. And Chyo produce me alchemy. The guide says i have to start quest called Amagal Succession. Where can i start it? Theremis does not tell me anything new.

How to get h-scenes with all slave girls, I bought them at brothel and send them to my castle, I had no problem with Chieko and Miyako (though it was a one-time event), Glyntris refused to give anything at all, repeating the same phrase over and over again and with Grime I only got one of two good scenes. Is it some defect or I am just doing something wrong? Should I go further in the plot to open them?

- You need to advance the main story to have Varea in your castle and talk with her there.
- In your version 19.12.24 you can find a christmas elf at the lowest floor of your secret prison in your castle for a CG scene, and another elf at the Twin Ale Tower near Witton. The second elf gives you a quest and afterwards allows you to make a custom girl. A CG scene for the custom girl is planned but not in the game yet.
- Water bottles and buckets are on the challenge floor of the Spire of Courage. You need to finish the hard floor first and read a note on the Aldlyn city board before you can enter the challenge floor.
Grimes second good path scene was added in the last update. It requires the first dialog with Akai at the work area, and that you have entered the Amaranthe beach at least once. Then you can talk with Grime for an event at the castle and afterwards ask the headmaid to bring her to your secret bedroom.
You need to visit Ebron at least once before a new dialog with Glyntris starts at the sleeping chambers.
