For Mr. Olaf creampieing Jennifer and Nicole: it won't happen soon, because he won't be at the Resort (at least initially)...
But this might happen in the Ending Scenes, depending on your choices with Nicole and Jennifer, or if he decides to visit the Resort for a night or 2 (can't promise this will happen yet).
(Don't want to corrupt the girls too soon, and Olaf will only appear 2 more times until the plot moves to the Resort).
But the reason Jennifer said "no" to creampie is building up to the point when she will cross that line, since the point of the game is corruption.
So don't worry, the "no" will be "challenged" eventually, as it will happen for all the other girls who use the word.
And it makes sense to make a Nicole/Jennifer threesome with Olaf in the future.
Just don't expect it to happen so early...
For Amy/Ellie: I like the idea of MC having a threesome with them, since they are the best LT blondies.
This will probably happen at some point, and yes, I'll make sure MC (or the antagonist), gets to creampie both at the same time (you'll get to choose where you want to finish).
