Because it is using a Ren'Py version not supported by Joiplay or you don't have the current paywalled plugin for v8.3.2.

You refer the v8.3.2 Renpy version for the pc, right? Because I don't see any paywalled v8.3.2 plugins in Joiplay's patreon.
