If i start at v0.16 to 19 would i play the previous version of the game without downloading it?

part 1 consists all up and including v0.15 and was only updated due to reworked content.
part 2 starts with v0.16 and content of new versions was and will be added there.
because i didn't use any mechanics to transfer your progress of part 1 to part 2 (doesn't make much sense, when old content is regularly reworked), i'll request your made decisions of part 1 in part 2 if necessary.

If i download the game through nopy or anon or mixdrop it just stops at 100% and it will say download failed, if you can upload the file in mediafire then downloading might work
