Tbh, I'm a big NTR fan and even I don't think it would fit in this story.
Especially if it's the MC whoring out Arianna who he is clearly VERY protective of.

I haven't subscribed to his patreon so idk if this dev takes request for specific scenes in the game, but I'm imagining most of his supporters aren't NTR fans so I doubt he'll put it in the game unless he himself really wants to.
