Hahaha it is as with all things, it comes down to personal preference. It is always annoying when you see a game that overall does appeal to your tastes, especially if the theme itself is a bit less common with our psycho MC and then one thing really makes all the girls in the game a turnoff for you personally.

Unfortunately for some people unrealistic big breasts is one of those things, for me I can live with the sizes in this game (though a good masseur would have a great career and easy money treating back and shoulder problems ) but when they go for example so big they hang below pussy level as in some games I also get seriously turned off.

I know it is a fantasy but impossible bodies just dont appeal. Incest only exists when their is offspring from a blood related couple. Any two consenting adults can have intercourse. It is not illegal even for blood related couples to engage in intercourse so long as there is no offspring which is why I am never bothered by so called incest that appears in the games on this site because it is not incest.

For now choices only change some dialogues and little actions, but do not impact the story at all.
I'm trying to add important choices with real consequences but I'm still trying to figure how should I add them into the game.
Since story choices would mean different path, it also means twice as work as intended... So I'm really thinking about it.

You don't need to add choices just for the sake of it. Kinetic novels can be good. I mean, mc is a horny creep who wants to fuck everything that moves and turn his mother into a sex slave, that's gonna play out 1 way. I don't see how you could add meaningful choices or paths, and it doesn't seem like that was your goal anyway.

But the fake choices every 10 seconds are extremely obnoxious. You have them in like every conversation and every scene. They add nothing, the reactions aren't even funny it's always just "WHAT?! HOW DARE YOU SAY THAT!" and it's a waste of everyone's time.

Ok ok I understand. It will not happened that much in the future since the relation between characters are not the same as in the beginning, so when the MC say something rude, it does not have the same impact now.

I have been enjoying the content so far, note that I have not played the last update yet. Indeed, there are a few problems here and there, but in the end ( and to not make this a review ) the game can be enjoyed depending on your preferences/opinions/taste of what should be an adult game. All I can say to the dev is to keep improving and keep doing what he likes and wants in his game. You give the direction you want ( and chose to be the best according to what you are trying to accomplish ). Also listening to negative feedback is good, but don't let it demoralize yourself please. You are putting a lot of efforts on your project, it's worth it.
