I did used Alaska state of USA, it's 0%. Just pick some random alaskian town, street and building number on google maps.
Maybe I'm able to avade fees/taxes because I'm using virtual card, it also registered in Alaska. But their service fees is mercilessly expensive anyway, much more than actual banks charging.
If i could pay like 5 or 10 $ to get the game forever i would do it, but 2$ every month or even every update is too much on a long run, i'm not looking for a AAA game.
