it kinda depends. Linda for example is trying to hide it from her family and all her friends etc.
But the mom kinda has to accept becoming recognized and everything, because of their debts and bills. So yea for her it would be embarrassing that someone could find her, but its not on a lvl where you can blackmail her, because.. her son basically knows everything.

i wont say it has a similar intensity... For exemple, this is a dialog u have after 5min in the game with a girl u met 2sec ago. RHR is about a psycho forcing girls to do things they clearly dont want to do (at first). Nympho Tamer is about a virgin brat having fun with complete nympho craving for his *** for no reason... In fact, NT is similar to 99% of the games here.

Sure there are many games where the chick will worship the mc for no reason and just call him a god, but do understand that this is a VN not reality and people want a good fap to the game, or if you wish to slow burns games where it takes 5 years to get one kiss you can play AMAW or dual family where nothing happens.
