I believe too many cooks spoil the broth. There's now plenty of girls and with many girls, you either have to amp up the updates to cover all girls or saturation might ruin contents for other girls
It won't happen, for two main reasons:
1) As many said, there are too many characters already. Adding more women means less screen time for the others.
2) Not my thing.
I got most of the main story planned already, and there is still a lot to do, so better not lose myself too much with secondary characters.

I mean you don't have to properly develope every new character that appeared in the story, in this example granny does not even need 3d model. So this way you can spice up the story a bit with new interactions (and then make these characters disappear) and also can please, in some way, those who wants to see more of such social dynamics as mother-daughter.

As much as I liked the new grey dress for Adriana, I would prefer more revealing like the purple top. I hope for some more depraved interactions in public and more depraved scenes like the cum diet interview. And I'm glad we have limited girls. Too many girls confused the plot

Maybe it's performance issue then. My device is budget one, 4 or 6 GB RAM, I didn't think about it. What kind of device do you have?

4 or 6 GB RAM is very old or realy low budget
I have a phone that is 5 years old that can run most if not all games I tried it has
MediaTek Helio G95
8 GB RAM
256GB Storage,
and I would say it war not a top tier product even back then.

here is my unofficial Android port of Restore Her Career v0.34.
Main App:
download both files, install and run the app, the rest happens automatically.
however, you still can copy the assets pack manually to the folder
from now on my Android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like Windows. if you uninstall an app, the save files and persistent data remain intact.
therefore the app needs the permission to access the public external storage (or a new one on Android 11+), because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.
you have to grant the permission or the app is shut down.
