As it is wrote in the post, it's adding the update 0.16 to your game in case if you already downloaded the whole game to 0.15 before. (But as I see, it doesn't add the old scenes renewed.)

the filesize is a problem for ppl with bad internet connections and data caps. thats why ppl complain about them.
im one of the lucky ones where i have zero data cap and high quality connection. so it doesnt bother ppl like me.

Just to let you know, I had like 20 FPS when I had to render some scenes during the birthday party. Too many characters/environment...
I can make better renders than 1920x1080 but the image weight would be too high, I'm already having problems with my game size haha.
