I still can't replicate this phenomena some folks have been having (unmodded or modded). I have my audio running through a mixing board and therefore special drivers so maybe that's why I don't get it.... dunno. I don't see anything odd in the code, so maybe the audio files themselves are wonky.
It's this particular song, only happens on that one and is the most used one unfortunately in da game. The scratch noise happens at the end of the song when it replays. I tried to find it in the audio files, but none of them match that song so I guess it's hidden somewhere.
You know, this script update is a bit confusing. Previous "Fix2" was Ep10 v1.1, and this "Fix3" is v1.02 (I checked the main scripts, it's indeed listed as v1.02). I don't know where the dev went to school but mathematically 1.1 > 1.02.... wtf?

I updated my compressed version, that is if you want to grab it, and see, not sure much it will do, but it is there, not doing a patch as it confuses folks to much.
Yeah, there were no patch notes this time, it was just a blind update for about 20MB. So, I had no clue what it was fixing tbh.
I think he might have simply lost his mind at this point. I cannot recall a final VN update that was botched this badly ever. Folks bitch quite a bit about "rushed" endings but that's related to story... this has simply been a bug infested exercise in how NOT to code a game.
