Yeah. I tried reporting him yesterday, but it doesn't actually violate any site rules. So I just tried annoying him in response to get him to knock it off. It hasn't helped, though. He's back at it again. I guess there's another for the Ignore list.

Well, the PWB only apply their rules (pretty sure spamming threads with meaningless posts is against the rules somewhere) when and where they choose to with little or no consistency, so expecting them to do the right thing is .
