There's a fourth ending where if you and Sadie break up, you get a hopeful chance at getting back together ending. But yes, other than those, there are no endings with the other women. If there's demand for it, somewhere down the line DLC could be released to add to that, who knows.

yeah, I still can't get Sadie ending, even in fixed version. It still forces me to breakup with her. even when the only other girl I slept with was Mia in ep.4, so that path is still bugged.

I get that as well if i use my old save from the end of EP 9 but if i use EP8 save and rush through it to EP10 then its working for me so may be something there

It can only be done on the Sadie path, not Mia's. And you'll have to be broken up with her in ep10, also.

Yeah, I did. I guess I'll need to redo the game back to episode 1, I thought for sure I wasn't on a Mia path but i must have missed a step somewhere

In previous update there was an error when you went to Gissele's home and even if you were not on her path she would talk to you as if you were. I think that's what they fixed for her.

Here is a save from my Sadie only playthrough where i only went for her, it is at the very title screen for ep 10 so at the very start

its not the sadie route its the alone route
