I'm not a Patreon subscriber of Inceton, so I don't have access to fresh news, but I frankly doubt it.
Since Mia ended up pregnant of her "roommate"... there's no way they can continue the story making it Patreon-safe.

Agree with the 1st reply. It felt like Inceton moved on long before RTM was even finished. They had other games and were focused on those, and only seemed to finish the Mia story very grudginly, as if only to avoid being labeled as a dev that leaves stories unfinished. To their credit they did at least finish it. Guess they make more $ off the cookie-cutter NTR stuff they peddle than they ever did on this story, which started that way but then somehow morphed into something much better written and far more heart-felt than they ever intended (or have ever been able to replicate). I would put the odds of more Mia at <0 unfortunately.
