According to the dev the patch is new and you need to delete it and add the new one and old saves won't work for day 16 and you need to replay from day 15 onward. As for the OP (v0.65) I would guess that is the "webp" version as it's only 7GB, so that goes back to me saying we never had the full/full version, but the full "webp" version.
