Yeah.. I used it and after playing 20 minutes, deleted the patch.

Actually, no matter if you use that patch the original story will not let you immerse into the blood incest. For me, it is even worse given the lack of coherency.
Right, but patch just screws up the game. Still there is content with them (still is incest), just like there "was" (removed recently) with Long Road Home.
Yeah, quite a few of us have warned against using the patch for a long while now.
He has far too much history with the sisters for him NOT to be the brother, the whole premise is of course the conflict after his fathers will comes to light and they of course are all mentioned in said will as well. Linda is a step mom though no question about it - the story makes that very clear. No idea if we will save his real mom through the story or not but it does seem to be building in that direction.
Maybe... after the last update though where his friend turned out to be an "le evil comic book villain" for no good reason at all I'm not so sure though. That was shit writing the dev delivered there...
I was just happy we finally got back on the plot track. (But yeah, that was pretty bad). Only needed him to be twirling his moustache while he was talking.
MC is not family related to Linda or her daughters, Linda worked for MC's father and did his biding but that's all
Many of the girls get pregnant if you creampie them enough. But we have no physical evidence of anything happening yet.
