If it's anything like the update patches other games have it'll be the "game" folder and you'll just have to copy that (or rather, its contents) into your current game folder. That's assuming you have the previous version of course. If you don't, or have something even older then the update will likely not work and you'll have to bite the bullet and download the whole thing.
Yeah, but what's tripping a few up is the "new" patch from a while back where the dev said to delete v070, and replace it with the updated v0.70 new (he didn't change the name).
