Is this worth it?

I will let you know, going to start from the beginning because of the caveats. I liked the logical sequence and the plot twists, and surprises if it is the one I remember. If it shows I could load a save, I may, but the warnings (caveats) that it could be buggy.... I downloaded the whole thing. Check out the image I plan to put up on the post you replied to if it let's me. It took me 20 min I think to download, and it is still installing att. Oh crap, I downloaded the MAC, well I will see if I can play it may have to delete and download the pc. DOH

Ok downloaded the proper version, cleaned up the remnants, and playing, I think you will enjoy this game, emotional swings but logical if you immerse in the character like an RPG, lots of girls, that is the reason its huge download lots of gallery scenes. I do not remember the actual copulation scenes, but I do not think they were bad. At this point I would say go for it. But I am starting from the beginning again.

After playing it for a while I am guessing it is not the same one I thought it was. It has its own merits however, too much focus on having every female that comes in range however. But they have two methods to track who they are, one is stats, the other is gallery. There is a underlying mystery I quit before getting their completely, it implies that his real mother and father may not be in fact dead. As the other story I liked had a cloning basement and biologically related offspring that were "educated" to be functional. This is likely not it or a major overhaul took place and I am not there yet.

While I initially had every intention of updating my mod/patch/rewrite, I have to go back on that statement. I cannot say one way or the other whether or no I'll update it or not, but if I do it/they will be done irregularly without any coherent time frame.

I have come to the realization why the way I went about making an i-patch (full rewrite) is so rarely done. When I took a leisurely approach and did the first 16 days in one go at my own pace since it was a personal project, I noticed how incoherent some of the coding structure was at the time but payed no attention to it. I didn't think about how updates might just blow it up and didn't really care since I only intended it to be for my own personal enjoyment. However, in my hubris I wanted to share what I accomplished.

That brings me to my current predicament... Due to self-imposed pressure and drive to indeed provide an update, my mental faculties are causing me to become physically ill and lose any of the joy that I originally had with this little endeavor. I apologize that I have to take this wishy-washy approach to whether or not I'll update it, but I clearly need to do so for my mental and physical well being.

I greatly appreciate the response that people had to my initial release and hope that people understand where I'm coming from. Try to enjoy the game it's original format and feel free to check the link to see if I do indeed update my version at some point but know that my updates may be as infrequent or even worse than the dev's, if at all since I'm I need to approach this a back-burner-ed hobby.

Now, I need to go watch some mindless comedies or something to get back into a healthier head-space.

Did you making incest patches by change the plot of this game?
I play this game all the time, and my understanding is that the cause of conflict in this family is the stepson and stepmother. Almost everything storylines don't make sense if it's blood relation.

That was my opinion too, normally I like the patches, but in this one, the initial anger hate, is misplaced if use a patch.

The start and concept is good but quickly goes off the rails, mostly in the MC being a douche and dumb no matter what you really choose. Which is unfortunate, a lot of the "choice" things I can imagine a third option that'd have been obvious and even fit with the MC's understanding/intelligence.
Dev also seems to think being a dom is pretty much only violence or asshole-ish behavior which is really misinformed.
