The New Dark Child Update is out now Sweeties, which totally revamps the game, replacing all the game images with AI generated ones, for maximum immersion. There is also so much more content added to this game. Here is a list of the things I remember adding/changing:

- Revamped much of the first 2 days of the game, adding in tons of content, fixing bugs, and much more. (New Saves Required)
- Save Game Capacity Increased from 8 to 250, so save as much, as you want. (I can also increase it further, if needed)
- Revamped all game images to use AI generated images, for improved immersion in all scenes.
- Nude/Sex Images for npcs, and the player which will be consistent with their appearance. (No More Real Porn! Thanks to AI)
- New Dark Child (Vampire) Path, which includes tons of new scenes, along with an all new Dark Power system.
- New Traits added, including Vampiric traits, and Dark Traits, granting unique powers to those on the Dark Child path.
- New Hunger System for the Dark Child path, which must be sated, or the player might lose control. (With possibly fatal results)
- New Inventory Items to make passing Stat Checks easier.
- New Tutorials added to the first day, giving new players a better understanding of the inventory system, and other game features.
- Consumable Item Rework; making all consumables last for a full day, instead of a few scenes, increasing their effectiveness.
- New Crafting System added, allowing players to find ingredients as they play, to use crafting different tonics.
- New Exhibition System, making every nude encounter add experience that can be used to unlock new options, and exhibition events.
- New Depravity Corruption System.
- New Sexy Times added to Day 2, including an introduction to the New Mistress Romance (Submissive).
- Revamped all of the dream sequences to work with the new Dark Child path.
- More Music tracks added to help keep the audio from feeling repetitive after long sessions.
- New Solutions to many outcomes added to the those following the Dark Child Path.
- New Shadow Guild (Lost Serpents) added to Cherlese, with their hideout (The Den), which the player can visit.
- New Voluntary Slave Registration added to Day 3 where the player can choose to add their name to a slave/slaver network.
- Many Bug Fixes & Spelling corrections.

There is likely more that I am not remembering, since I have been working on this update for over 2 months, trying my best to make it as perfect, as I can for my return. Speaking of my return, many on this thread seem to have already shared my post, which explains my health issues, so you likely know of my injury. Despite everything that happened to me, I have never lost my passion to write, so I do plan to finish this game, no matter how long it takes. I still have my old scripts, and have added tons to them while making this update, so expect the game to be more story rich, as I continue to update the New Dark Child Path, and the post prologue content.

Speaking of the Dark Child path, I really hope that you all enjoy the new lore/content. This path has been a blast to write up, and I hope that it explains enough to you all, to understand the PC's past, and path going forward. The path itself was inspired by the Baldurs Gate 3, Dark Urge story, since that game was pretty much a masterpiece, and I didn't even like turn based games. There will be plenty of drama, and exciting moments, as you explore the dark secrets of your PC's past, along with an introduction to some of the new paths going forward.

Due to the long length of this update, the Revamp of this game has mostly been focused on improving the first 2 days, with only a few changes to the third, along with many spelling corrections & bug fixes. The new Dark Child path even ends after the second day, due to this. Despite that, the new content should feel very refreshing, as I have added tons of new powers for the player to enjoy. Abilities that can greatly change how you play, and the scenes you can enjoy. Example: One of the new Powers can get you access to a secret location that you could not gain entry in any other way.

I assure you, nothing was forcefully inserted. I just wanted to write out a loving scene between Lucien and his ghoul. I really feel that the romantic scene really shows his compassion, and how different he is from many of the other vampires.

I'm sorry if the inclusion of the scene has disappointed you. It was not my intention. I never try to misdirect anyone interested in my game, with false promises, because that only leads to disappointment, and frustration. I just don't want to limit what I can write about, due to tags that may, or may not, be added. Part of what makes this game my passion project, is having full creative freedom.

I certainly plan on finishing this game, no matter how long it takes. This has been a story that I wanted to tell for a long time, so much that I overhauled the old Cursed path, turning it into the Dark Child path, just to tell the vampire story that I always wanted too. Though the player will still get access to a vampire path regardless of their choices, but not until after the prologue.

Quick Update About Future Plans:

With all that said, I really hope that you are all enjoying the new update. When it comes to AI art, I am very new to this, and am still in the learning process. I will try my best to add more sexy images to the existing sex scenes, as I continue to update the game. My current plans are to focus on the Elin, Juliet, and Marie content, adding sexy images to their scenes, and adding a new option which will allow the player to save, Elin, Juliet, and Marie during day 2, allowing the player to bring all the girls back with her to camp.

This will allow Elin and Juliet to be together without having to sacrifice your chances to be with Marie. Pretty much a win-win scenario. I am also looking into adding some more images, and content to their day 3 scenes as well, including Marie's confrontation with the Bluebell Cult, so stay tuned for more information on that, either on my

Interesting to see you switch over to AI CG. I do find it is a lot more immersive but far less arousing. The text is very lewd anyway so it does make up for it

It would be interesting to do a poll here on this thread to see if players prefer the game with AI CG or real porn
The thing we miss out on with the AI CG is the real porn was all clips in GIF format so we got those very hot short scenes. Close-up shots were the best as they broke immersion the least while some of them were quite immersion breaking like the ones at the modern day restaurant while the scenes take place in a tavern

I will say I think if I never played the original game with the real porn I would just be blown away by the AI CG and the immersion it offers as a good alternative for people who aren't 2D or 3D artists themselves but still want to create an adult game

Another alternative is to use both, I would recommend to check out Prison by The Red Artist, this is also an HTML game that is quite story driven like your game and that dev is using AI CG and real porn. But he is matching the real porn to the AI CG (as best as possible obviously). Matching the rough appearance of the people involved and the characters

I think you can especially keep closeups as real porn combined with the AI CG. That way no immersion breaking but you still get those nice GIFs then. An example would be on the first day before sleeping you can explore the camp and there are a few sex options. A lot of them have characters cumming inside your character, you can put the cum inside GIF you used to have still there at that paragraph and then still have the AI CG with it that you've now replaced them with

Anyway just an idea, you should do what you feel is best and what you enjoy the most yourself

Not a lot of devs can afford custom art especially when there's a lot of it, and real life porn doesn't fit into the game. What do you expect Violet to do then huh? If you don't like the AI art, just find a game without it and play that instead of pointlessly complaining about something that won't and can't be changed.

I played the game. To make it short:

Things I don't understand or I wished to be there:

• Cunning is understanding of people, also requires seduction, Intimidation and compassion this understanding to be used as manipulation or influence.
• I searched a bottom to get a page back or so, I sometimes pick a location in which the story progresses which I don't want to and I left over some content. Re loading is to time consuming.
• Equally I miss some day stage or UI which shows how much time I have left, like four phases of the day noon, down or night e.g.
• I miss some map of the world which somehow gives me an understating what kind of world this is.

• Missing some explanation how to skill! I don't understand the main focus of the game to get a skilled worrier but then skilling just ignores it, suggest different "lifepathes" (I don't understand lifestyle, this medieval, lifepathes/lifedestiny). Logically I would chose melee and guile, as the skill notes I require them to survive. Here is freedom in game choices which doesn't properly get suggested. Further I lead to the suggestion that all skills are somehow available and used as I pleased, so I haven't to concentration for specialization or only on what is required in the story. Melee and guile doesn't represent actual fight just dialog options, which is deceiving. Especially as the system or other games suggests that this skills are somehow for different encounters and I have to split my specialization, if I assume this, which is to a certain chance.
• Quest structure is some how not ordered, priority quest are defined with "Objective" and other contend is left over through walking to it. There is not system to order story progression side quests. It is requires to fell the satisfaction to move on in the story, to not left over stuff.
• Game feels way to long or time expansive to replay though quest structure. Maybe need some chapters.
• I felt the whole time to be in some kind of intro, just need to wait to get to the freedom "grind" and construct then my own path.
• I fly over a lot and don't spend the time to read. It is much, and sometimes just no action, or I don't expect a twist of the story.

You must either work your way through this oppression and find your place in this group or find a path for yourself elsewhere. You can make friends, allies, lovers or you can forsake all and create your own path to power. The choice is yours.

This options aren't highlighted, I passively chose my preference of psychological perceptive and the story progresses accordingly and then I end up with some direction and realize this isn't what I want, I didn't expect to reduced the story options and somehow I can't change it after. I wanted hatred or its effects and abilities and the marriage with the king etc. I didn't find a way to catch up the missed direction as the opportunities are missing. Further I wait to somehow get a chance back to do so, I wait to some kind of sandbox grind to adapt to make money etc. I feel in a train where I want to step out as I think I missed my destination but the train misses any kind of description which station it halted, as longer you drive as more certain is you missed your station. This is bad I don't want replay multiple times to understand what I actual wanted.

could be an awesome game right up my alley but too much (way too much) patreon only stuff basically everywhere you click including what feels like basic mechanics of the game.
