I'm really liking what I'm seeing here so far!
Sure there are missing elements, but it's right there in the description. As a first go though there is a LOT to do.
Regarding the grind... yes, it's grindy, BUT it's also realistic. It's fun once in a while to turn a hetero character into the opposite sex and turn them into the local town cum dumpster, but this game is what I imagine a hetero male would go through if he woke up one morning as a woman. It's going to take time to remove those hetero male thoughts and turn him into either a hetero female or be bisexual.
So far? I give what I see here 4 stars and I look forward to seeing where this game goes. Great work Lerd0!

BUG REPORT in the ice cream parlor, Lerd0
Once in a while the correct ice cream flavors and/or ways to serve them changes and you cannot fulfill the correct order. Example: Customer orders vanilla cone, but only chocolate and strawberry shakes and bowls are selectable. However it seems going back into the downtown area and coming back does correct the issue.

Bug Report: Having enormous breasts while not being able to use woman's clothes outside while having the big tits blouse halloween's costume your sister gives you, this might lock you inside the Coffe Shop. Your character will go for shift, changing into the uniform will trigger the dialog that the uniform is too small, this will automatically change you into the big tits blouse, this makes impossible to exit the Coffee Shop because your character is not comfortable being outside with woman's clothes, and the character will refuse to change into anything else. You can get around it if you are at the house using the default white male shirt.
TLDR: Don't play with your tits while being unable to go outside in woman's clothes.

Do not go to the gym and then leave wearing girls gym clothes and then enter the coffee shop, it will not allow you to leave, nor to change to boy clothes.
I respectfully disagree. Here is the Tag Rules quote:
"[Dressing a submissive partner as a woman and/or encouraging/training to act in a feminine manner.]"
What's implied is that the character has male genitalia, i.e. not already a woman. Or else dressing them as a woman would be redundant. While its conceivable that you could have a tomboy female character subject them to the above, the word 'sissy' is historically a derogatory term for an effiminate/non-assertive/non-heteronormative male. So I think there would be wide consensus that Sissification requires keeping of male external genitalia. An ostensibly heterosexual male compelled into the bottom submissive role. Usually this is features various elements of forced chastity, femdom, forced embarassment/exhibition, and blackmail / coercion.
So if the dick and nutsack are gone, I would argue against a 'sissification' tag. Clear and cut case of 'transformation' and, possibly, 'corruption.'
Please have non-con things that modify my body, non-obviously associated to situations/plot-elements/items. Yeah, just played it. It definitely *needs* the Sissification tag. There is chastity caging, the dick is kept after the tf, and there is definitely non-con hypno. My comments about tag usage still stand though
Lerd0 really promising start here, just left mega comment in bugs section of your itch.io (I didn't know you were the dev). Please let us know if you have a Discord. Would be nice to just have a google sheet or something that shows which plotlines/quests are end-of-content and which are not. It will help us playtest if we know what scenes are supposed to be unlocked/accessible under which circumstances.

1) I am guessing the Beth Flyer Task is just a repeatable task?
2) Gloryhole MC has given HJ not sure how or if currently they can move to BJ.
3) If it's possible to get the door module part at this time?
4) Does sitting in the chair repeatably accomplish anything?
5) Local Store have done the restroom thing even though there doesn't seem to be a task attached to it. Don't think there's anything else
6) Tutoring? Not sure where that is at this point

Game is so buggy, have had lock up issues twice with endless loops (first is go to gym, return to cafe while in shorts, won't let you out, second is go to neighbors house on a forced mission but not having used the toilet), then I also just crashed out of no where when I was using the bathroom every morning and doing things right.

Maybe write in some larger cup size bras, because the nanobots do occasionally increase the bust size. Also I am at the point where Kevin gives a spare key to his house to the character. Maybe write in that the character actually lives with Kevin in a long term relationship(actual Girlfriend) moves out of his stepsisters house at a certain point. The character actually comes to fall in love with Kevin at a certain point and Kevin falls in love with the character as well. At that point the nanobot actually create ovaries for the character, truly turning the character into a actually woman capable of giving birth to child. I keep on getting the message when my character goes to sleep(that you feel like you are missing something and empty). This will be a another mystery for the corporation to discover how the nanobot spontaneously acted without any specific directives or programing to create ovaries for the character. What is with the Flyer quest no matter how much Flyer I give out the quest never ends, unless that quest was never fully programmed yet. I have resisted all hypnoCD uses every night as well as the chair in the basement and still got this far.

Stuck on the spare parts CPU quest as well, the character could flash the techs there but there is no option given to do that.
