Although I support the version split model, especially since $5 for full access is a good price. Please note that not everyone can pay, not because they don't want to, but because Patreon doesn't accept payments from their sources at all. There is a desire, there is money, but there is no way to donate. I'm not complaining, I just ask you to take this into account.

Is Reya transforming into a succubus through corruption ? 
So not always, and it's quite light but yes you can hear a few moans here and there and there is music throughout the game, even if the sounds could be greatly improved.
No, Lily's corruption just need to be under 60.
If you want to advance that story line, start a new game or download the Cheat mod so can edit the corruption (as well as some Lily's variables).

You can check the requirements in the guide screen. If you talked to her with corruption of more than 40 or 3d outfit, she wouldn't talk to you. You can use cheats to adjust her attitude toward you.

Can someone list all the places where I can loose my Reya's V-card. I know the park and the massage palor.
I know she can have sex at the photographer's house, but I don't know if she can lose her v-card there. She'd already lost it at the massage parlor before I got to the photographer in my playthrough.
Technically I think she can it is possible to get there without loosing it. So far train, massage palor, bathroom, photoshoot, Bar. I would have though the library club would have been a good spot for that aswell but nothing serious happened there. I am atm doing a new playthrough to see how far I can get without loosing it. Looks like you can get pretty damn far. Once you hit naked streams you are pretty much set for making cash so you can skimp a bit on the other things and say no when you have to.

Gave the game a try a few days back. It looks nice, there's several paths and options available to make cash, but there's one thing that's bothering me.
During the intro, Sam drives his sports car SO SLOW, it makes me want to drag him out and beat him with oranges. I get you wanted to use the opportunity to show off the city a bit (which is fine), but at the pace he's going a jogger would get there faster than he does. It's not like he has to go 90 in city limits, but a little less Miss Daisy would be nice
