It’s been postponed to the 25th, but there’s a very high chance it’ll be delayed until October. (Yooshi has been delaying it since July.)

When it's ready it will be released.

Should make a bingo chart of reasons for the next delay, see who comes the closest.
While I understand the frustration, generally speaking harping on a delay doesn't help as it just depresses the creator even more.

I'd accept it if it weren't for the fact that he's been dragging it out for so long.
The worst, and most annoying, thing is that a while back he said he was already in the final stages and that, due to the release date due to various reasons, he had to stop development of the game for a month.
Which was fine, because it was plenty of time to get it ready.
And the first thing he does is push the deadline back a few days. Unsatisfied with that, he doesn't respond at all to those of us on Patreon and, in the process, plays dumb on his Discord.
It's tactless.
He doesn't even show any progress on the scenes.
That would help keep people from bothering him about the slowness of the updates.
But, obviously, he doesn't publish them.
Yooshi claimed in July that it was “almost done,” lied with the exact same line again in August, and in September swore it would “definitely” be released—only to push it back to the 25th and quietly drop the word “definitely.” Some gullible backers actually fell for it, but thanks to Yooshi’s constant lying, they ended up losing 150 supporters. What a pity.

On his Discord,
he said again that the update will be released next week.
Now, according to him,
so he's far from dead.
It's just that development is very poorly managed right now.
I hope that after the update, he'll listen to the people on his Discord and start uploading teasers from time to time to keep people calm.
He just lets everything fall on him because he has to give random dates.
